דברים מגניבים

עובדות כיפיות

Aragosaurus is known from a partial skeleton, including parts of the backbone, hips, and legs.1

It lived during the Early Cretaceous period, about 145 to 140 million years ago.1

Aragosaurus was about 18 metres (59 feet) long, as long as two school buses parked end to end.1 2

It weighed about 25 tonnes, as much as five African elephants.1

Like other sauropods, Aragosaurus walked on all four legs and had a long neck to reach high tree leaves.1

Its fossils were found in the Villar del Arzobispo Formation in Spain.1 5
