Jaklapallisaurus was a long-necked plant-eating dinosaur that lived in what is now India. It walked on four legs and had a small head on a long neck, like a giant lizard. This dinosaur lived about 203 million years ago, during the Late Triassic period.12

- Jaklapallisaurus was named in 2011 by Fernando Novas, Martin Ezcurra, Sankar Chatterjee, and T. S. Kutty. The fossils were found in the Upper Maleri Formation in central India.12
