Incolornis was a tiny bird that lived about 90 million years ago, during the time of dinosaurs. It was one of the early birds that could fly, and it lived in what is now Uzbekistan.12

One species, Incolornis martini, was first thought to belong to a different bird group called Enantiornis.1

Incolornis was named by A. V. Panteleyev in 1998. The first species, Incolornis silvae, was described from a left coracoid found in Uzbekistan.31
