Pelecanimimus was a small, fast dinosaur that looked a bit like a pelican. It had a long snout and a pouch of skin under its chin, just like modern pelicans use to scoop up fish!12

About 1.9 to 2.5 metres long and weighed 17 to 30 kilograms. That is about as long as a large bicycle.12
