Vouivria was a huge, long-necked plant-eater that lived in what is now France during the Late Jurassic. It was one of the earliest members of the brachiosaur family, the group that includes the famous Brachiosaurus.1

Vouivria was discovered in 1934 near Damparis, France, by quarry workers. It was named and described in 2017 by Philip D. Mannion, Ronan Allain and Olivier Moine.1
