Plesiohadros was a big, plant-eating dinosaur that walked on four legs but could probably run on two. It had a beak like a duck and lots of teeth for chewing tough plants. This dinosaur lived in what is now Mongolia during the Late Cretaceous period.1 2

Plesiohadros is the only known hadrosaur from the Alagteeg Formation.1

It had a very long gap between its first tooth and its beak, about one-third the length of its tooth row.2
