Chromogisaurus was a tiny, speedy dinosaur that lived in Argentina during the Late Triassic. It was one of the very first long-necked dinosaurs, but it was only about as long as a small car!1

Chromogisaurus was named by paleontologist Martín Daniel Ezcurra in 2010. The type specimen, PVSJ 845, was found in the Ischigualasto Formation in Argentina.1
