Fusuisaurus
Fusuisaurus was a giant, long-necked plant-eater that lived in what is now China during the Early Cretaceous. It was one of the biggest dinosaurs of its time, with a body as heavy as several elephants!1

Dintlha tse di monate
Fusuisaurus is known from only a partial skeleton, including the left hip bone, left pubis, tail vertebrae, ribs, and the end of the left thigh bone.1
Scientists think Fusuisaurus was one of the largest sauropods from the Early Cretaceous period.1
It belongs to a group called Titanosauriformes, which includes some of the biggest dinosaurs ever.31
Fusuisaurus is considered a very early or 'basal' titanosauriform, meaning it had features that were not as advanced as later relatives.1
Its full scientific name, Fusuisaurus zhaoi, honors a person named Zhao.1
