Dubreuillosaurus
Dubreuillosaurus was a meat-eating dinosaur that lived in what is now France, about 168 to 166 million years ago. It had a long skull and sharp teeth, and might have hunted fish in coastal swamps. Scientists think it could grow up to 9 metres long, but the only skeleton found is from a teenager!12

The first bones were found in 1994 by the mayor of Conteville, André Dubreuil, while he was fixing up an old quarry.1
Its skull is one of the most complete known for a megalosaurid dinosaur, with many bones preserved.1
Dubreuillosaurus lived on an island, but it did not become a dwarf dinosaur because of it, unlike some other island dinosaurs.1
The full skeleton was rebuilt from about 2000 bone fragments, each only 1 to 10 centimetres long.1
Its name was changed in 2005 when scientists realized it was not the same kind of dinosaur as Poekilopleuron.1

?How big was Dubreuillosaurus?
The only skeleton found is from a teenager, about 5 metres (16 ft) long and 250 kilograms (550 lb). Scientists think adults could grow up to 9 metres (30 ft) long.1
?What did Dubreuillosaurus eat?
It was a meat-eater. It might have hunted fish in coastal swamps, because its fossils were found in mangrove swamp rocks.1
?Did Dubreuillosaurus have feathers?
The sources do not say whether Dubreuillosaurus had feathers. No fossils of feathers have been found with it.1
?When did Dubreuillosaurus live?
It lived during the Middle Jurassic Period, about 168 to 166 million years ago.1
